Over the years I have had the unfortunate experience of having trucks break down on the road, both when I was with L. J. Kennedy and now with Ferraro Foods, But I am fortunate to sometimes have that happen near one of your locations. This happened yesterday when one of my units cracked a fuel line in Gainesville Virginia, I was able to get a replacement truck from Ryder right away to get my load moving without delay and have my truck towed into your location around noon. I spoke with your service manager Jeff Mitchell who assured me that he would get my truck into his shop and try to get it repaired, in time for my driver to pick it up in the evening on his way back to NJ. This was all accomplished without hesitation on his part. Thus saving me time, aggravation, and additional rental costs, all because someone does his job professionally. This is not the first time Jeff has risen to the occasion and helped me out, it has happened numerous times over the years when I have pulled in, unannounced to his service department. The results have always been the same, Excellent Service. You and I both know that being in the service business is tough and very seldom do we get a pat on the back, but when someone goes the extra step to accomplish this and performs in a manner that would make you proud, it needs to be recognized. I would like to congratulate you for running one of the best service networks in the area staffed with professionals like Jeff who understand the needs of your customers and gets things done, please thank Jeff for continuously being the professional he is.
